How do I get a quote?

Can I compare build-only with design and build?
Yes. Say what you need in the meeting. We reply against what we can provide, and we do not replace an item list with a package name.
Are there hidden charges?
Planning and the budget review list the items as far as they can be known. If something hidden turns up, or you change the scope, we explain the effect on price and programme before you decide.
Programme
How long does it take?
It depends on area, how deep the changes go, materials, whether a licence or a minor-works application is involved, and when the site can be worked. The programme is written into the quote and the contract papers.
Is there a programme?
Yes. The build follows a programme, the work is supervised, and progress is checked. We meet you at the points that matter.
Can I name a start date or an opening date?
Yes, as a target. We say whether it is realistic. If an approval or a long-lead material is involved, the risk is raised early.
How do we stay in touch?

Scope
Do homes include reinstatement and a light refurbishment?
Yes. Full strip-out and fit-out, reinstatement of a rental flat, a light refurbishment before letting or sale, part of a kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom, and alterations plus fitted furniture in a new home.
Can a shop include display and a cashier counter?
Yes. Also a whole-shop fit-out, alterations to partitions, fire services, and security and telecoms, and a refresh of paint, wallpaper, flooring, and furniture.
Do you take over an existing restaurant, or extend one?
Yes. Whole-shop fit-out, fitting out a shop you are taking over, extending into the next unit, a refresh, new furniture and kitchen stainless steel, and support for a licence application or transfer of name.
Can an office change only the reception and the meeting room?
Yes. Partial work can include new partitions, a change of use, reception, meeting room, pantry, a refresh, and new furniture.
Do minor works include aluminium windows, scaffolding, and meters?
The related scope includes scaffolding for new aluminium windows, new partitions and railings, an electricity meter application, and a water meter application. What is included is decided project by project.
Licences, fire services, and electrical work
Which restaurant licences can you support?
Support can cover light refreshment, restaurant, small food factory, fresh provision shop, and similar applications or transfers of name. The result depends on the premises and the approval. It is not promised.
What about fire services, air conditioning, and ventilation?
The work can include fire services systems, equipment, and certificates, and air conditioning and ventilation. The building scope and the papers are explained against the project.
Why do the qualifications matter?
Electrical work and minor works have rules. The qualifications are held by 新晞工程. As a registered electrical contractor and minor works contractor, 新晞 is the party to speak to on those jobs — not a line that says everything is included.
