ffffff design provides interior design and fit-out as one service for homes, shops, restaurants, and offices, including minor works and licensing and related provisions. The building work is carried out by the 新晞工程 team. 新晞 is a registered electrical contractor and a minor works contractor. Design and the build stay on one line, with less handing off between parties. About 20 years of experience, for commercial and residential clients.

What can a home include?

What does shop work include?
- Whole-shop fit-out
- Alterations: partitions, fire services, security and telecoms
- Fitted furniture: display walls, shelving, fitting rooms, cashier counters
- Refresh: protection, paint, wallpaper, flooring, replacement or new furniture
Should the design be part of the shop fit-out?
It can be. Brand, how customers move, and how goods are shown are easier if ffffff design sets the spatial language first and the build follows it, so the drawings and the site are the same room.

How is a restaurant different from a shop?
A restaurant usually involves kitchen equipment, ventilation, fire services, and a licensing procedure. The build is carried out by the 新晞工程 team. Offices
What does office work include?
- A full fit-out
- Alterations or part of the office: new partitions, a change of use, reception, meeting room, pantry

Is design worth it in a small office?
Often yes — especially the reception, the meeting room, and how storage sits on the way through. The scheme does not have to be a large rebuild. The point is a layout that works, materials that last, and a programme that can live with opening hours.
Minor works
What counts as minor works here?
- Scaffolding for new aluminium windows
- New partitions and railings
- An electricity meter application
- A water meter application
Why use a registered contractor for minor works?
Windows, partitions, and meter applications have a clear procedure and a clear safety bar. The qualifications are held by 新晞工程. As a minor works contractor and a registered electrical contractor, 新晞 is the right party to handle work in that scope. Whether a job is included is decided project by project.
Licensing and related work
What can licensing support cover?
- Restaurant-related licences: light refreshment, restaurant, small food factory, fresh provision shop, and similar
- Fire services systems, equipment, and certificates
- Air conditioning and ventilation
Do you guarantee a licence?
A licence depends on the premises, the drawings, the equipment, and the department's approval. We can help with the building work and the papers for an application or a transfer of name, and we say in advance where we already know the limits. We do not promise an outcome in place of the real procedure.
How to choose a scope
- Start with the type of space: home, shop, restaurant, or office
- Then the depth: whole flat or whole shop, part of it, a refresh, or taking over an existing shop

Common questions
Can a restaurant licence and the fit-out be planned together?
Yes. The fit-out, the equipment, fire services and ventilation, and an application or transfer of name affect one another. Naming the aim early avoids rework.
Do you take industrial and commercial buildings, clubs, or mall exhibitions?
There is experience of those types. Send the site limits and the dates so we can judge the job.
Will the quote list the items and the programme?
Yes. The planning stage moves toward a quote that lists item prices and the programme. See Process.
